Note - "Alternate Saturdays (1st,3rd &5th) are half day working" About the Role We are looking for a sharp, performance-driven marketer who combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. Youll own the full funnel from campaign planning to optimization and play a critical role in reducing CPL, improving lead quality, and scaling results across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands business outcomes, has worked in B2B environment or with agencies and moves fast without losing attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and relevant performance channels. Own lead generation targets and drive measurable impact across the funnel with a strong focus on lowering cost per lead (CPL) and improving conversion rates. Identify and test new audience segments, ad formats, keywords, and landing experiences to drive growth. Translate business briefs into campaign strategies with clear structures, intent mapping, and performance benchmarks. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop high-performing creative assets and test variations. Set up and manage analytics dashboards; monitor performance metrics, attribution models, and retargeting layers. Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality feedback loops , lead scoring models, and MQL-SQL alignment. Explore and implement marketing automation and retargeting journeys for better nurture and conversion. What We're Looking For 46 years of experience in performance marketing with proven results in lowering CPL and driving qualified leads at scale. Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and custom audience targeting strategies. Strong capability in structuring and optimizing campaigns across multiple objectives and funnel stages. Comfortable building and interpreting reports using Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, CRM dashboards , etc. Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, keyword strategy, exclusion logic, and landing page optimization. A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes. Self-starter mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Good communication skills Nice to Have Exposure to CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, MoEngage) Experience running campaigns across international markets or multi-location businesses Familiarity with SEO and how it complements performance channels Experience managing agency relationships or freelancers Success in the First 90 Days Looks Like: Audit of existing campaign structure with prioritized recommendations 1520% CPL reduction through quick-win experiments Structured dashboards and weekly reporting cadence in place Increased volume of high-quality, sales-aligned leads This is a performance bonus linked role .
