Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and managing performance marketing strategies across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Display Networks, and other digital platforms. Your role will involve overseeing and optimizing paid search (PPC), paid social, affiliate marketing, and programmatic campaigns to achieve business objectives. It will be crucial to create targeted strategies that drive online sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition. In terms of budget and spend management, you will monitor and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across different platforms to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI). Tracking and optimizing cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV) will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. Data analysis and reporting will be a key part of your role. You will analyze and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs. By leveraging data and analytics, you will derive insights and provide optimization recommendations for future campaigns. Regularly creating and presenting performance reports for senior leadership and stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with SEO and content teams is necessary to align paid media efforts with organic strategies for enhanced search performance. You will work closely with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives and landing pages to improve overall performance. Continuous testing and optimization of copy, creatives, offers, and landing pages will be crucial to enhance conversion rates and user experience. Staying updated with retail industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor strategies will be important for your role. Conducting competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmarks will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with eCommerce, product, design, and analytics teams is essential to ensure alignment of marketing objectives and successful campaign execution. Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a retail or eCommerce environment, is required. Strong understanding of paid media channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Affiliate, and Programmatic is essential. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting is necessary. Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and website analytics is also required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and possess excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills are important for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms, knowledge of SEO best practices, experience in budget management for large-scale campaigns, and certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.,
