Job Description

Role -Performance Marketing Manager
Experience - 3+ yearsLocation - Jabalpur

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and Affiliate/Partnership channels.
Drive acquisition, conversion, and retention by testing creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
Manage budgets and ensure efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Lifetime Value) optimization.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging that convert.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
