NIPS Institute of Hotel Management (est. 1993) is one of India’s top-ranked hospitality institutes with NAAC & AICTE approvals, 20,000+ alumni across 80+ countries, and campuses in Kolkata, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, and Shillong. We are expanding our in-house digital team to strengthen admissions through data-driven performance marketing.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube. Your mission will be to generate high-quality student leads at the lowest cost per admission. The role demands both strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring that every campaign is tracked, optimised, and delivers measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management → Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Conversion Tracking & Analytics → Implement & manage GA4 + Tag Manager to track form submissions, downloads, WhatsApp clicks, and phone calls.
  • Lead-to-Admission Funnel → Ensure ExtraaEdge CRM integration so every lead is tracked till final admission.
  • Retargeting → Develop and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage non-converted visitors.
  • Behavioural Insights → Use Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity to analyse landing pages, find drop-off points, and improve conversions.
  • Reporting → Provide clear weekly reports (Spend → Clicks → Leads → Admissions → Cost per Admission).

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years’ proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong skills in GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM integration, and behavioural analysis tools (Hotjar/Clarity).
  • Demonstrated track record of reducing CPA & increasing admissions/leads.
  • Education sector campaign experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Data-driven, result-oriented, and accountable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
