English Communication Teacher / Faculty

NIPS Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata is seeking an English Teacher / Communication Faculty to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written English skills, a cheerful personality, and a strong work ethic to inspire and equip our students to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to help students improve their English language fluency.
• Create engaging lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments tailored to students' proficiency levels and goals.
• Teach English language skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them build confidence and enhance their communication skills.
• Regularly evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching techniques to meet their learning needs.
