It has now evolved an Indo-western brand reimagining traditional clothing Pinkfort — for the woman of today. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to Completely own Performance Marketing for one of our brands Managing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns Plan, own, and execute all digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to Facebook Marketing, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and display advertising campaigns. Measure and report on performance, and assess these against goals such as ROI and KPIs. Optimize spend and performance based on trend insights. Brainstorm new creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Create landing pages and optimize user experience by collaborating with internal teams Evaluate end-to-end customer experience using analytical ability, looking across multiple channels. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing Core competence in Facebook Conversion campaigns is a must Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO will be good to have Strong data interpretation and analytical skills Good understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics and other similar products Candidates with prior experience in fashion & e-commerce marketing will be preferred
