It has now evolved an Indo-western brand reimagining traditional clothing Pinkfort — for the woman of today.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Completely own Performance Marketing for one of our brands
• Managing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns
• Plan, own, and execute all digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to Facebook Marketing, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report on performance, and assess these against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
• Optimize spend and performance based on trend insights.
• Brainstorm new creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Create landing pages and optimize user experience by collaborating with internal teams
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience using analytical ability, looking across multiple channels.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Core competence in Facebook Conversion campaigns is a must
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO will be good to have
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics and other similar products
• Candidates with prior experience in fashion & e-commerce marketing will be preferred
