Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  campaigns.
• Conduct

  keyword research, audience targeting, and segmentation

  for precise campaign execution.
• Implement and manage

  conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, and UTM parameters

  .
• Optimize campaigns for maximum

  ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CAC

  .
• Design and execute

  A/B tests

  (ad copy, creatives, landing pages).
• Collaborate with creative, design, and web teams to develop

  high-converting funnels and landing pages

  .
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead.
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  
• Recommend

  budget allocation strategies

  to scale efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (

  MBA preferred

  ).

• 4–5 years of proven experience

  in performance marketing with a strong focus on

  Google

  and

  Meta

  Ads.
• In-depth understanding of

  ad platforms, analytics, SEO basics, and conversion optimization

  .
• Proficiency in

  Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Google Tag Manager

  .
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  
• Experience managing

  significant ad budgets

  with measurable ROI.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
