Role & responsibilities: The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The role demands expertise in performance-driven marketing , a deep analytical mindset , and the ability to manage ad budgets efficiently while driving growth and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and segmentation for precise campaign execution. Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, and UTM parameters . Optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CAC . Design and execute A/B tests (ad copy, creatives, landing pages). Collaborate with creative, design, and web teams to develop high-converting funnels and landing pages . Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Recommend budget allocation strategies to scale efficiently. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field ( MBA preferred ). 4–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google and Meta Ads. In-depth understanding of ad platforms, analytics, SEO basics, and conversion optimization . Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Google Tag Manager . Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Experience managing significant ad budgets with measurable ROI. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
