*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop, launch, and manage high-converting Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).* Strategically lower CPC & CPA while improving ROAS across accounts.* Conduct detailed audience research to identify profitable targeting opportunities.* Implement A/B split testing for ad copy, creatives, and audience segments.* Build and manage remarketing funnels to maximize conversions.* Optimize campaign structures for scalability.* Analyze performance data & prepare actionable reports for clients.* Collaborate with creative and copywriting teams for high-impact ad assets.* Stay ahead of Meta platform updates and algorithm changes.*Requirements** 2+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with 6-figure monthly spends.* Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.* Demonstrated success in reducing CPC while increasing ROI.* Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.* Experience with remarketing strategies and funnel building.* Strong communication skills and ability to explain ad performance to non-technical clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
