If you dream in dashboards, love cracking CACs, and your happy place is watching CTRs rise like crypto… we need you. 🔧 What You’ll Do: • Own and drive all things performance — from Meta to Google and everything in between • Build campaigns that don’t just look good, but convert like hell • Dive into the data, live in the numbers, and tweak till we break the internet • Work alongside creatives who bring the heat — and back it up with numbers • Optimize budgets like you’re spending your own money (not really, but you get it) 🎯 What You Bring: • 2–4 years of solid hands-on experience with performance marketing, analytics, and paid media • Ninja-level skills on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and more • A head for numbers and a gut for audience psychology • Strong communication skills (you’ll be juggling creatives, data, and caffeine) • Hunger to grow, learn, and scale brands that make noise • A degree in Marketing, Business, or any field that taught you to not settle for average ⚡ Bonus Points: • Worked in an agency?
