Performance Marketing Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Design, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads.
  
• Develop full-funnel strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  
• Create and manage experiments to test creatives, audiences, and formats.
  
• Set up, track, and report performance against key business metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV).
  

2. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work with the content team to translate brand storytelling into high-performing creatives.
  
• Collaborate with therapists and product teams to shape landing pages, user journeys, and onboarding flows.
  
• Partner with data and tech to ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, GA4, and CRM integrations.
  

3. Analytics & Insights

• Build campaign dashboards, monitor trends, and identify insights to improve ROI.
  
• Conduct cohort analysis, attribution modelling, and funnel diagnostics.
  
• Present actionable insights to guide business decisions and future campaign planning.
  

4. Growth Experiments

• Pilot influencer and collaboration campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  
• Explore new growth channels (e.g., Reddit, LinkedIn, podcasts, newsletters).
  
• Test hypotheses around audiences, message hooks, and offer structures.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in D2C or service-led brands.
  
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
  
• Strong understanding of user segmentation, conversion funnels, and attribution models.
  
• Analytical mindset with comfort in tools like Excel, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
  
• Bonus: experience working with brands in health, wellness, or education.
