RMTS Global operates as a comprehensive digital media service provider specializing in various domains, including Digital Marketing, Ad Operations, Web Design and development, Creative Services, Ad Server Migration, Rich Media, Ad Creative, Reporting and data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Email Production and Deployment, Email Creative, and Mobile Application Development for devices like iPhone, iPad, and Android Our partnerships extend to online publishers, ad networks, agencies, web marketing, and web design and development companies, Our dedicated teams provide services around the clock and are equipped to offer on-site support to our global clientele We take pride in delivering excellent service, maintaining superior quality, ensuring rapid turnaround times, and displaying a willingness to go above and beyond contractual obligations to guarantee efficient services Our operational hub is located in Bangalore, India, and we have a strong global presence, with offices in New York (USA), London (UK), and Sydney (Australia), Role Summary We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to partner with clients in leading and executing digital marketing initiatives, including media planning and client communication for their leading brands This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of subject matter experts (SMEs) and marketers to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for clients, including some of the largest magazine publishers and distinctive niche brands, Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Media Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and media plans that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and deliver on client business objectives, Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, understanding requirements, presenting strategies, and ensuring alignment on deliverables and outcomes, Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketing specialists and SMEs, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, Campaign & Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (including SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic), consolidating performance marketing efforts to meet client KPIs and maximize ROI Experience in Performance Max (PMax) campaigns is highly preferred, SEM / Paid Search: Build and manage search media strategies, including PPC campaigns, to drive qualified traffic and conversions, Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to grow and engage online communities, while tracking and analyzing performance metrics, Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance across all digital channels, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients, Budget Management: Manage and optimize client marketing budgets to ensure efficiency and measurable returns, Market Research & SME Insights: Leverage subject matter expertise, industry trends, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks for clients, Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus), Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with strong exposure to campaign management (SEM, Paid Social, PMax) and media planning, Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills, Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc ), Strong leadership and people management skills, Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Willingness to work night shifts and from the office Monday to Wednesday, Show more Show less
