Performance Marketing Lead

You will be joining Nat Habit, a company dedicated to making natural living a habit by offering freshly made, 100% natural beauty & wellness products inspired by ancient ayurvedic solutions. The team at Nat Habit believes in serving customers authentic ayurvedic formulations that are prepared fresh in their ayurvedic kitchens, using only whole grains, grams, milk, yogurt, fruits, flowers, etc., without any chemicals or preservatives. The company aims to take users back to natural secrets every day and provide Ekdum Taaza products to its customers. As the Performance Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth for the company. You will oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including campaign planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. Your goal will be to drive new user acquisition while ensuring profitable growth for the business. You will report directly to the Head of D2C Business. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies across multiple channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions. - Analyze campaigns and customer behavior to identify trends and insights that maximize ROI and achieve business goals. - Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience. - Establish a reporting framework to monitor performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies to meet targets. - Manage relationships with external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives. Required Qualifications & Skills: - 5-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a proven track record of driving growth, preferably in D2C ecommerce. - Proficiency in Facebook and Google Ads suite, GA4, Appsflyer, and other tracking & automation tools. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ownership mentality and sense of accountability. - Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
