Roles & Responsibilities
• Own and scale paid media campaigns across platforms: Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, and
emerging ad networks.
• Drive user acquisition & engagement across companies’s content, apps, and live event Ips
• Optimize CAC and deliver on new subscriber OKRs per campaign cycle.
• Manage and optimize monthly budgets ensuring ROI across multiple verticals.
• Run A/B testing on creatives, audiences, formats, and funnels.
• Collaborate with creative & content teams to align campaign messaging with Company IP launches.
• Benchmark and replicate successful strategies from OTT, social and creator-led platforms
• Build dashboards & reporting for CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metrics.
• Explore new channels (influencer performance, affiliates, partnerships) for diversified growth.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (consumer internet, gaming, OTT, creator
economy, or digital-first brands preferred).
• Proven success in scaling ₹50L+ annual ad spends with strong CAC control.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, DV360; knowledge of influencer/affiliate
marketing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar).
• Creative thinker with ability to brief, test, and scale impactful ad creatives.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple verticals and priorities.
