SDFC Architect

As an experienced Salesforce Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring teams, resolving business challenges, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, team management, and technical architecture will be instrumental in driving successful enterprise software projects. Your ability to understand diverse environments and make informed decisions will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor the delivery team - Create technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations - Implement and run data governance initiatives - Design custom objects, fields, picklists, workflows, and more - Communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions - Collaborate with distributed teams across the globe - Support and debug existing integrations - Guide the team in implementing best practices and design patterns - Work with CI/CD/SFDX for development processes - Utilize Cloud Computing solutions and design principles - Develop and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems - Stay updated on multiple implementation standards and methodologies - Familiarity with Visualforce, SFDC APEX, Lightning Components, and more **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical architecture for Salesforce - Minimum 5 years of experience in technology implementation for enterprise software projects - Salesforce certifications: ADM 201 (required), Salesforce PD 1 (required), Salesforce PD 2 (desired), Sales & Service Cloud Consultant (desired), TOGAF Certified (desired) - Experience with XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes - Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Working knowledge of APEX, Visual Force, ANT, and Eclipse tools - Exposure to Big Objects / LDV is a plus - Experience with Salesforce Lightning for 3-4 projects - Understanding of CSS, XLS, repositories (SVN/CVS) This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce architecture and contribute to the success of enterprise software projects.
