Field Service Engineer - Medical Devices

Responsibilities

 Independently troubleshoot and repair medical equipment with precision and professionalism

 Complete routine maintenance and calibration on primary and secondary modalities

 Assist in installations and upgrades of Medical equipment

 Analyze blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide repairs

 Instruct customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance

 Maintain accurate and timely documentation (service reports, expense reports, etc.)

 Manage parts inventory and contribute to part sales where applicable

 Act as a true ambassador of the company brand, upholding company values and ensuring customer

satisfaction.

What you bring

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronics or related field.

 3–8 years of field service experience, preferably in the medical device industry.

 Strong electro-mechanical skills and hands-on experience with tools like oscilloscopes and

multi-meters.

 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

 Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.

 Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your schedule and reports.

 Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment safely.

 Willingness to travel based on business needs.
