As the D2C Manager at Cumin Co., you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end experience of the company's website. Your role will involve overseeing acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention strategies to bring the brand's story, products, and values to life digitally. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, design-focused, and purpose-driven brand environment. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue & Growth Ownership: Take charge of monthly GMV, AOV, and CVR metrics for cuminco.com. Develop and implement strategies to enhance top-line revenue and profitability. - Website Optimization: Lead improvements in UI/UX, navigation flows, landing pages, and site speed performance in collaboration with tech and design teams. - On-Site Merchandising: Manage product visibility, content updates, category performance, and upsell/cross-sell tactics. - Growth Marketing Support: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align campaigns across paid channels with on-site landing experiences. - Retention & CRM: Drive post-purchase engagement, reviews, loyalty, and repeat orders through email/SMS automations and personalized nudges. - Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute various promotions and campaigns, ensuring a seamless user journey from ad click to checkout. - Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Shopify analytics and heatmaps to identify performance bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. - Tech & Ops Coordination: Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and product ops teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from discovery to delivery. You're a Great Fit If You Have: - 5-7 years of D2C experience in a consumer brand, preferably in the home, lifestyle, or cookware sector. - Proficiency in Shopify and tools such as Hotjar, Klaviyo, etc. - Strong aesthetic sense and experience with UI/UX enhancement projects. - A/B testing mindset and understanding of CRO, funnel metrics, and landing page psychology. - Cross-functional experience collaborating with marketing, design, tech, and supply chain teams. - Strong copy and content instincts, with a bonus if you can brief creatives and engage in writing/editing tasks.
