Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing team in executing and optimizing online campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn about paid marketing channels, campaign analysis, and digital advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Support in keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
• Work with the team to optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversions.
• Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and marketing assets.
• Stay updated on latest trends in digital and performance marketing.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (PPC, CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.).
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other advertising platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Stipend/Benefits: 8000/ Month
