Performance Marketing Intern – 2-Month Paid Internship Location: Remote Duration: 2 Months Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000/month About Marcaids Marcaids is a growth-focused marketing startup helping brands scale with strategic paid media and conversion-driven campaigns. About the Role We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Intern who’s confident with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic analytics. This is not an entry-level theory-based role. You'll be involved in actual campaign planning, execution, and optimization across various ad platforms. What You’ll Be Doing Assist in launching and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other platforms Conduct audience and competitor research to identify opportunities Write and test ad copy and creatives alongside our content and design team Monitor key metrics: CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rates, and more Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-backed improvements Help manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI What You Should Already Know Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads basics How performance funnels work (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU) Understanding of key paid metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc. Familiarity with landing page optimization and UTM tracking Optional: knowledge of email retargeting, GA4, or Meta Pixel What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience running paid ads, even if for a personal project or freelance client Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Someone who’s proactive, curious, and eager to test, fail, and improve Minimum availability of 15–20 hours per week What You’ll Get Monthly stipend of ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 Internship certificate from Marcaids Practical experience with live ad campaigns Real exposure to performance strategy and reporting Opportunity for a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) if performance exceeds expectations How to Apply Send your resume and any campaign samples or performance reports (if available) to shikhu@marcaids.com Subject line: Performance Marketing Intern – [Your Name]
