Performance Marketing Intern

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in launching and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other platforms
• Conduct audience and competitor research to identify opportunities
• Write and test ad copy and creatives alongside our content and design team
• Monitor key metrics: CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rates, and more
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-backed improvements
• Help manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI

What You Should Already Know

• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads basics
• How performance funnels work (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)
• Understanding of key paid metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and UTM tracking
• Optional: knowledge of email retargeting, GA4, or Meta Pixel

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience running paid ads, even if for a personal project or freelance client
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Someone who’s proactive, curious, and eager to test, fail, and improve
• Minimum availability of 15–20 hours per week
