Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about digital marketing, and is dedicated to driving measurable results. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals, ensuring the efficient use of budgets, and constantly optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Shopping).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure optimal spend efficiency.
- Develop performance reports and present data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams for ad assets and tracking setup.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices, trends, and platform updates.
- Support Amazon Ads campaigns as needed including sponsored product setup, targeting, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts across multiple verticals.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Advertising platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good to have:
- Exposure to eCommerce or marketplace advertising.
- Experience working with international markets.
- Understanding of campaign tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager or Data Studio.
