Role: Performance Marketing

Location: Onsite (Naraina, Delhi)

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a high-performing Performance Marketing Manager who can handle end-to-end execution for premium D2C, Fashion & Lifestyle Brand — including performance ads, funnel optimization, content planning, and analytics.

This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role ideal for someone who wants to lead growth strategy across Meta Ads, Reels, landing pages, and WhatsApp/email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads with strong ROAS focus
• Write ad copy, brief creatives, and manage a content pipeline (reels, UGC, testimonials)
• Improve landing pages and product descriptions for conversions (CRO)
• Manage email + WhatsApp flows: cart recovery, reorder nudges, limited-time drops
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CAC), and suggest experiments
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and founders to ship high-conversion campaigns

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years in performance marketing, content strategy, or D2C growth roles
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads basics, and analytics tools
• Comfortable working with video editors/designers to shape ad-ready creatives
• Can think in funnels — not just channels
• Bonus: Familiarity with D2C brands, or Shopify/WooCommerce setups
