Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for paid campaigns that deliver real results? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to join our team and lead paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.

What you’ll do:

✅ Plan, execute & scale high-ROI campaigns across Google & Meta platforms

✅ Analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance data

✅ A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audiences

✅ Work with our creative & analytics teams for impactful results

What we’re looking for:

💼 Proven experience in managing 5–6 figure ad budgets

📊 Strong grasp of ROAS, CPA, and conversion tracking

💡 Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability

📍 Based in Jaipur
