Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategise, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.

• Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns with the objective of generating high-quality leads and conversions.

• Conduct in-depth audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation to maximise ROI.

• Analyse campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and tools in performance marketing.

• Work closely with internal teams to align ads with landing pages, creatives, and sales funnels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1–5 years preferred) in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Must have worked with coaches, consultants, or Ayurvedic/health brands (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimisation.

• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets effectively.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Creative mindset with a performance-first approach.
