Performance Marketing Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Associate. The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, conducting market research, managing projects, and collaborating with other internal teams. The Performance Marketing Associate will also be responsible for creating and optimizing PPC campaigns, managing 3rd party platforms, and performing A/B testing. Qualifications 1-2 Years of work experience managing performance campaigns for e-commerce (preferably fashion and lifestyle) brands. Excellent Communication and project management skills Experience in Market Research and Sales activities Strong knowledge in Marketing with a focus on digital marketing Ability to effectively manage PPC campaigns, perform A/B testing, and optimize social media accounts to achieve client objectives Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and/or Google Analytics are a plus Experience in fashion and lifestyle e-commerce brands is a plus Show more Show less
