Performance Marketing Executive in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign strategy & planning
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Display, Affiliate networks).
• Identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns to drive conversions and ROI.
• Paid media management
• Manage PPC (pay-per-click), social media advertising, retargeting, programmatic display, and affiliate campaigns.
• Optimize budgets across channels to achieve maximum ROI and meet KPIs (cost per acquisition, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Analytics & reporting
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• SEO & CRO support
• Collaborate with SEO teams to align paid and organic strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve landing page performance.
• Audience research & segmentation
• Analyze customer data to identify audience segments for targeted campaigns.
• Leverage demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting.
• Collaboration & stakeholder management
• Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Coordinate with external agencies or partners when needed.
• Budget management
• Plan and allocate advertising budgets effectively.
• Monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency and avoid overspending.
• Keeping up with trends
• Stay updated on new advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
