Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage Meta lead generation campaigns end-to-end, including account structure, targeting, creatives, and budgets.
Maintain daily and weekly pacing to meet CPL, CPQL, and lead quality targets; analyze results and build dashboards linking spend to qualified leads.
Build and run test plans across audiences, hooks, creatives, and placements; scale high-performing campaigns while controlling costs.
Collaborate with organic content and sales teams to align messaging, track lead quality, and optimize follow-ups.
Set up and validate tracking systems, UTMs, Pixel, CAPI, and offline events; understand funnel metrics and attribution models.
