Location: Mahim, Mumbai (No Relocation)

Timings: 10-6 Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

We’re seeking a proactive, results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced, high-growth team. You’ll own Meta Ads and Google Ads, working with the Performance Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, conversions, and campaign success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to hit acquisition and conversion targets.
• Support and manage Google Ads campaigns and test other paid channels.
• Work with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns match brand positioning.
• Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager on strategy and optimisation.
• Monitor budgets, track performance, and report results.

KPIs:

          ROI and ad spend efficiency.

           Campaign performance vs. targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience with Meta Ads (must-have) and Google Ads (must-have).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise from data.
• Experience running high-budget campaigns.
• Ownership mindset with accountability.
• Drive to grow quickly in a startup environment.
