Performance Marketing Executive

Black Screen Media is a creative digital agency based in Vasai West, working with brands across real estate, B2C, local businesses, and e-commerce. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 0–2 years of experience who is curious about data, understands ad platforms, and wants hands-on exposure to real campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing results, testing ideas, and learning how digital advertising drives business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, launching, and managing ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Support audience research, ad creatives, and basic funnel setup
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for leads, clicks, and conversions
• Prepare basic performance reports and insights
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives
• Stay updated with platform changes and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign structures
• Interest in data, analytics, and optimisation
• Ability to interpret numbers and derive simple insights
• Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Pay: ₹10,048.10 - ₹35,170.14 per month
