Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google and Meta Ads. The role involves managing paid campaigns end-to-end, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable ROI. Candidates should have a proven track record of handling budgets and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:
End-to-end setup, execution, and monitoring of Google Ads (Search & Performance Max) and Meta Ads.
Optimization:
Daily optimization of bids, keywords, creatives, and audiences to reduce CPA and improve ROAS.
Testing:
Ongoing A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to enhance performance.
Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and GTM; share weekly insights and recommendations.

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid media/performance marketing.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to present evidence of previously successful campaigns and results.
