Required Qualifications & Skills RequirementDetailsEducation10+2 Pass (Higher Secondary) Experience Fresher to 1 year of experience preferred. CommunicationGood communication skills in Hindi/English, with a professional and confident telephone and interpersonal manner. Technical SkillsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and simple report generation. Language Proficiency in Good English (written and verbal) is required. Mindset Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient. Compensation & Benefits ItemDetailsStarting Salary₹12,000 per month (Fixed Component) Maximum Salary Up to ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance). Salary Progression Salary increases are determined on the basis of experience, performance, and successful meeting of sales targets . Incentives Performance-based incentives/commissions may be offered in addition to the fixed salary for achieving targets.
