We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 0–2 years of experience who is curious about data, understands ad platforms, and wants hands-on exposure to real campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing results, testing ideas, and learning how digital advertising drives business outcomes. What You’ll Do Assist in planning, launching, and managing ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads Support audience research, ad creatives, and basic funnel setup Monitor campaign performance and optimise for leads, clicks, and conversions Prepare basic performance reports and insights Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives Stay updated with platform changes and best practices What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign structures Interest in data, analytics, and optimisation Ability to interpret numbers and derive simple insights Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹10,048.10 - ₹35,170.14 per month Work Location: In person
