Your Mission

Performance Marketing Manager SEA & Digital Analytics

Key Missions / Projects:

  • Build our in-house SEA strategy

    : Drive the setup, management, and scaling of Google and Bing Ads to reduce long-term reliance on external agencies.
  • Daily campaign operations

    : Take charge of monitoring, reporting, and analyzing SEA campaigns, including building dashboards and running evaluations (A/B Testing)
  • Agency collaboration

    : Coordinate projects and optimizations with external partners while developing an internal roadmap to replace external dependencies.
  • Shopping Feed excellence

    : Optimize product feed quality for Google Shopping to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Creative impact

    : Bring fresh campaign ideas, support ad graphic production projects, and support seasonal media advertising initiatives.
  • Business operations support

    : Manage reports, update inventory and availability lists, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Continuously optimize SEA campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social).
  • Analyze performance data, create actionable insights, and ensure campaign reporting is accurate and up to date.
  • Improve user journeys and conversion funnels together with the e-commerce and product teams.
  • Coordinate with agencies on performance projects while taking increasing ownership in-house.
  • Ensure accurate feed management and technical tracking setups (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
  • Identify new growth opportunities through competitor analysis, market trends, and testing of new tools and ad formats.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience

    in Performance Marketing, ideally with strong SEA focus (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
  • Proven expertise with tracking, analytics, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers, KPIs, and structured problem-solving.
  • Creative mindset with experience in briefing and developing ad creatives (visual and copy).
  • Self-starter with high initiative, adaptability, and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills in

    English

    ; German is a plus.
