About the Role

You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and online growth through paid campaigns or social media strategy depending on your expertise.

Key Responsibilities (Performance Marketing Manager)

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing.
• Analyze performance data (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Work closely with design and content teams to create high-performing ads.

Key Responsibilities (Social Media Manager)

• Plan and execute daily social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop engaging content, captions, and ideas for reels, posts, and stories.
• Manage brand presence, engagement, and community responses.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and campaign assets.
