As a Performance Marketing Associate at SAADAA, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Working closely with the senior marketing team, you will help execute performance marketing strategies effectively to drive customer acquisition and enhance brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include assisting in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others. You will analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights for optimizing ROI, collaborate with the creative team on ad copy and creatives, conduct keyword research and audience segmentation, execute A/B tests, prepare campaign performance reports, manage budgets efficiently, and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital or e-commerce setting. You should possess hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, a focus on optimization, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good communication skills are essential for sharing insights and updates with the team.
