As a Performance Marketing Quant Analytics Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the Data and Analytics Team, you will drive strategic insights and performance improvements across marketing campaigns. Collaborate with business lines to deliver impactful analytics solutions. Job Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver performance marketing analytics projects. Identify attributes that describe shifts in performance. Create data assets from large disparate sources for unified marketing performance views. Conduct strategic analyses for campaigns, marketing, and personalization. Design dashboards to inform executives on critical operational business KPIs and strategic metrics. Become a trusted partner and thought leader in marketing data analytics. Invent creative methods to answer key business questions using data assets. Build expertise on marketing data from all Chase lines of business. Synthesize analytical findings for senior business executives in both written and verbal formats. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Minimum 6 years of experience with strong academic background with a STEM Bachelors/Masters from a well-recognized university. 5+ years of advanced hands-on experience in SQL. 4+ years of advanced experience in data visualization, in Tableau. 4+ years of advanced experience in data wrangling, in Alteryx/Python. 2+ years of advanced experience in web interaction data analytics, with Adobe Analytics. 4+ years of advanced knowledge in MS Excel. Demonstrated experience in design of experiments, statistics, and using ML for exploratory driver analysis. Proven analytics skills with strong hands-on experience in analyzing data, extracting insights, and recommending business solutions. Great presentation skills, both verbal and in MS PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience with analytics suite and back-end data of Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Persado, Harmony, or similar tools. Familiarity with cloud-based environments and developing production-level code.
