Tilt is a bold and body-positive Indian lingerie brand doing things differently — from radically comfortable bras and underwear to unfiltered conversations with real women. We’re looking for a talented and analytical Growth Marketer to join our marketing team.

What you'll do:

• Run Performance Marketing across Meta and Google. This includes strategy and execution, as well as extracting deep insights and briefing the creative team to enhance overall performance.
• Work to improve our marketplace performance. 
• Initiate, own, and lead other key growth marketing projects. 

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a D2C or consumer brand.
• Proven expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Comfort with data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Excel/Sheets, etc.), with the ability to derive insights and act on them.
• Knowledge of marketplace performance levers (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and CRM is a plus.
• A mix of analytical rigour and creative thinking — you know your numbers but can also brief creatives in a way that makes campaigns pop.

• Salary - 40,000-50,000/month based on experience + Esops 
• Work from office in DN Nagar, Andheri West | 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
