Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of experience to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Native Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in performance tracking, conversion setup, and delivering a strong return on investment (ROI) across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Native Ads
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking across platforms using tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, ROI, and CPA using A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance.
  • Create and manage Google Shopping campaigns with a deep understanding of product feed management and merchant center.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams to align ad creatives and landing pages with campaign goals.
  • Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards for internal teams or clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of performance tracking, conversion setup, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events Manager, etc.)
  • Proven success in managing campaigns with measurable results and high ROI.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and at least one native ads platform (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
  • Excellent understanding of marketing funnels, remarketing strategies, and customer acquisition models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in paid marketing.

Preferred:

  • Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Hotjar is a plus.
