Position Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with proven expertise in paid media campaigns, analytics, and ROI-focused strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong focus on driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and conversions
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives and ad copies
• Manage and optimize budgets to achieve business objectives
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices indigital advertising
• Provide detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
• Experience with A/B testing, retargeting campaigns, and conversion optimization
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
• Ability to work with data-driven strategies and achieve performance KPIs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce campaigns and lead generation
• Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies
• Familiarity with AI-driven ad optimization tools
• Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
