If you have a proven track record of scaling fashion or luxury D2C brands and bring a balance of analytical rigour and creative thinking, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Own

• Strategize, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Performance Max
• Drive performance for product launches, campaigns, and evergreen collections
• Own and optimize key metrics: ROAS, CAC, retention, and LTV
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, tech, and product teams
• Test and improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
• Analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of performance marketing experience with a

  fashion, apparel, or luxury D2C

  brand
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Proven success in driving scale with clear performance metrics
• Strong grasp of customer segmentation, buyer journeys, and full-funnel strategy
• Balance of data fluency and creative marketing judgment
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, and ad testing tools
