Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be experienced in both Lead Generation and E-commerce performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing full-funnel campaigns while ensuring strong creative and data-driven performance. Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, automation tools, and CRM systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and (optionally) LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strategize and manage campaigns for both Lead Generation and E-commerce objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth creative and campaign performance analysis on both Meta and Google platforms to identify improvement areas and winning patterns.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Implement and manage tracking setups via GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop data-backed creative strategies that improve ad performance.
  • Work with CRMs and WhatsApp marketing tools to enhance lead nurturing and conversion funnels.
  • Explore and manage marketing automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, or Pabbly) to streamline performance operations.
  • Track daily performance and deliver weekly/monthly insight reports and optimization plans.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, privacy updates, and new performance marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (must include both Lead Generation and E-commerce).
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in identifying trends and actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g.,HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and WhatsApp marketing tools.
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Pabbly, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
