Performance Marketer - Growth

About the Role

We're Scale.jobs, a small but mighty team on a mission to shake things up in how people find and build their next career move. We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to spearhead our global expansion. You'll be leading our growth strategy across new international markets including UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East, Germany, and beyond. This isn't just running ads, you'll be building market entry strategies, testing what works, and directly driving our international growth.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns for new international markets
• Research and identify growth opportunities across UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East, and Germany
• Manage multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Analyze market-specific data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Test messaging and creatives tailored to different regional audiences
• Track KPIs and provide insights to refine our global expansion strategy
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend across markets

We'll Vibe If You…

• Bachelor's/Master's graduate with 1-2 years of experience (Experience Mandatory!)
• Proven track record in performance marketing and digital advertising platforms
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and pivot quickly
• Understanding of international markets and cultural nuances
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thinks strategically
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
