About the Role

We're looking for a creative designer who's ready to bring our brand to life visually. This isn't just pushing pixels, you'll be designing everything from social media graphics to video ads, driving engagement and growth.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Design eye-catching pictures, infographics, and carousels for founders' posts that drive engagement
• Create compelling thumbnails for blogs that make people want to click
• Design newsletter graphics that keep our audience coming back for more
• Craft graphics for website and landing pages that convert visitors into customers
• Design static and video ads for Instagram and Google that stop the scroll
• Build our visual brand identity through social media posts, customer kits, and branded materials
• Develop free visual resources and guides that empower job seekers

We'll Vibe If You…

• Bachelor's/Master's graduate with 0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome!)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital platforms
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
• Understanding of social media trends and what makes content shareable
• Self-starter who can manage multiple design projects and hit deadlines
• Creative thinker who brings fresh visual ideas to the table
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
