Position Overview:

Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to improve ROI and reduce CPA.
  
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copy creation.
  
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling creatives and landing pages.
  
• Provide performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platform updates.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  
• 58 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
  
• Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools.
  
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver against KPIs.
  
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
