Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, and social campaigns.
• Analyze data to track KPIs, optimize ROI, and identify new opportunities.
• Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align growth initiatives.
• Manage external agencies and partners for campaign execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and growth tools.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and deliver measurable business results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
