Role Overview We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and growth. You will be responsible for scaling digital campaigns across multiple ENCOME brands and ventures, driving measurable ROI, and ensuring marketing dollars translate into business impact. What You’ll Do • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. • Design and run A/B tests across creatives, copy, and landing pages. • Own campaign tracking, attribution models, and reporting dashboards. • Collaborate with brand, design, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives. • Research audience segments and craft high-impact targeting strategies. • Optimize funnels for CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall growth efficiency. • Explore AI-driven marketing tools to maximize automation and precision. What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably across diverse verticals (e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer brands). • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.). • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights. • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-venture environment. • Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven ad automation and creative testing.
