Performance Marketer

We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketer to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in running ROI-focused campaigns, preferably in the EdTech or education sector. You will be responsible for scaling paid media performance, optimizing funnels, and ensuring consistent lead and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Build and manage paid marketing funnels with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and platform dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Continuously A/B test ad copies, creatives, and audience segments for better ROI.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, bidding strategies, and performance marketing trends — especially within the EdTech landscape.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within EdTech or education-driven businesses.
• Strong command over PPC, SEM, paid social, remarketing, and email automation tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a results-first approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
