Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer with 1+ year of experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving growth through data, creativity, and smart ad strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, conversions, and CPA goals.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation across platforms.
Track, report, and interpret campaign metrics using analytics tools.
Work closely with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and digital advertising.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
