Performance Marketer

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  paid marketing campaigns

  across platforms like

  Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance-driven channels

  .
• Conduct

  keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

  to refine targeting strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging

  Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools

  to track KPIs like

  CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CAC

  .
• Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve conversion rates.
• Optimize

  marketing funnels, retargeting strategies, and bid management

  to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with

  content and design teams

  to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage budgets effectively to

  maximize ROI

  while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.

• 2-5 years

  of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proficiency in

  Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon PPC, and other paid media platforms

  .
• Strong analytical skills with experience in

  Google Analytics and CRM tools

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and audience targeting

  .
• Knowledge of

  SEO, CRO, and email marketing

  is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a

  fast-paced, results-driven environment
