Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Block H)Industry: EdTech Qualification: Any Graduate (Male/Female) *Role Overview*We are seeking a Sr. Executive – Performance Marketing who can drive lead generation, optimize funnels, and scale digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ROI-driven campaigns, exposure to international markets, and a balance of analytical and creative skills to test, learn, and grow in a fast-paced EdTech environment. *Key Responsibilities*• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.• Run & scale lead-generation and workshop campaigns with measurable ROI.• Build and optimize funnels for courses, workshops, and e-commerce offerings.• Manage campaign budgets to achieve CPL, CTR, and ROI targets.• Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for continuous improvement.• Explore and manage cross-border/international campaigns to expand brand reach.• Track, analyze & report campaign performance with actionable insights.• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing campaigns.• (Bonus) Leverage SEO insights to strengthen organic + paid marketing efforts. *Required Skills & Competencies*• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing & Digital Ads.• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and remarketing.• In-depth knowledge of conversion tracking, funnels & retargeting strategies.• Proven ability to optimize campaigns for leads, conversions & revenue growth.• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).• Creativity in ad ideation, combined with a strong ability to interpret performance metrics.
