About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Growth Marketer who will own and scale our digital acquisition strategy across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

This role blends data, storytelling, emotional targeting, and paid media execution. You'll work directly with the founder to build high-performing campaigns that drive meaningful conversions and create joyful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
• Own daily campaign performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, bounce rate, funnel drop-off
• Build audience segments using first-party and platform insights (birthdays, life events, regions)
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create performance-driven ads (static, video, reels)
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and audience cohorts
• Monitor and improve lead-to-sale funnel performance (especially for emotional milestones)
• Track UTM and attribution analytics to measure and scale what works
• Run retargeting and lookalike campaigns to maximize ROI
• Stay up-to-date with ad platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for a B2C app, D2C brand, or e-commerce platform
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Proven experience in managing budgets, optimizing CAC, and improving ROAS
• Creative thinker who understands emotional storytelling in advertising
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, UTM structures, and campaign reporting
• Self-starter with ability to execute fast in a startup environment
• Bonus: Experience with gifting, collectibles, or emotional-brand categories
